Spaghetti & Eggs

This may sound “strange” but it’s absolutely delicious.

Cooked spaghetti
Diced ham
Chopped green onion
Chopped green pepper
Black olives
Fresh mushrooms
Grated cheese
Eggs

In a large skillet or wok, stir cold spaghetti in butter over medium heat until heated through.
In a separate pan, sauté veggies and ham.  Toss hot pasta with veggies and olives.

Beat eggs with a tbsp of milk per egg.  Pour egg mixture over pasta and veggies, lifting pasta gently until all egg is cooked.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and lift to mix and melt cheese.  Good served (for brunch, campfire or late night supper) with toasted garlic bread.
